Payment methods & timescales

For SEN soft play sessions (excluding seasonal specials):

Please telephone the Centre on 01629 534561 to make a card payment in advance or bring cash on the day.

For all other courses/bookings:

Please phone the Centre on 01629 534561 to make a card payment to secure your booking.

If you require an Invoice to your Organisation - please confirm in writing the Organisation address and the contact to whom it should be sent (for Derbyshire Schools, please also confirm if it is and internal or external invoice that you require).

 

Booking terms & conditions

Please check your confirmation carefully to ensure that the numbers booked and course/activity selected are correct and advise us in writing as soon as possible if this is any different.  Please note that an increase in numbers is not always possible and a decrease may result in a cancellation charge, see below.

Any further details including where appropriate a course programme, registration/consent forms and further information will be sent nearer the time.

Costs do not include transport to the Centre, accommodation or food (unless specified) or any insurance cover.  You are strongly recommended to take out insurance cover at the time of booking.  The insurance policy should cover such eventualities as personal injury, cancellation, loss or damage, and ill health.

Our Privacy Policy, in line with data regulations, offers more details on what data we collect and how we use it, keeping personal information safe and secure.  The Privacy Policy can be found on the Centre's website.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may affect your booking (SEN soft play sessions are not subject to normal cancellation policy).

From the point of booking, any cancellation/reduction in numbers will result in the following charges being applied to the final invoice.

  • If an entire course is cancelled any initial deposit will be forfeited (unless and alternative booking is made).
  • Within 12 weeks of the start of your course you will be charged 25% per unfilled place.
  • Within 4 weeks of the start of your course you will be charged 50% per unfilled place.
  • Within 1 week of the start of your course you will be charged 75% per unfilled place.
  • On the day 100% per unfilled place.
